Honest answers

Am I tied into anything if I call once?

No. A first conversation is a conversation, not a registration. You decide for yourself whether there will be a follow-up and what that will look like.

Will this go on my GP's file?

No. You pay yourself, so no referral is necessary and no registration is sent to your health insurance provider. Your GP will only hear about it if you want them to.

I'm still functioning normally. Is this for me?

You don't have to be falling apart to be allowed to call. In fact, now is a good time, precisely when you're keeping everything going while it's tough.

You don't have to carry it alone.
